Close, but not intrusively so, to Llanfendigaid, it shares its attributes as far as location goes and sleeps five in three bedrooms. It is a pretty 'upside down' stone barn conversion with the living accommodation above the bedrooms and it is furnished to a high standard.

Ty-fendigaid has a bathroom with bath/loo/basin.

Towels are included from Jan '07 as
are utilities between Easter and October.
